We are seeking a strategy-driven and organized Operations Lead to join our growing team! As the Operations Lead you will be responsible for enhancing and managing program operation processes to ensure high level of efficiency and productivity. The Operations Lead will play a key role in working with the Executive Director lead the organization through new initiatives and projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the operational goals and manage plans for youth programs and initiatives
Create program documentation (i.e. registration forms, outreach emails, permission forms, attendance records) and maintain ongoing documentation processes as program needs evolve or features are added
Ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy across key program operations and activities
Support the team of program coordinators, monitor workflows, and provide constructive feedback on program planning and activities
Assist with preparation of briefing notes, reports, project plans, budgets, presentations etc.
Program planning and management support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business field or equivalent experience
At least two-years of administrative or operations-related experiences
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive or Dropbox
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills that enable sound decision making
Brings a postive mindset to both internal and external relationships
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team work environment
Embodies qualities of integrity, credibility and maintains confidentiality
Lived or work experience in the Etobicoke community or surrounding areas is an asset
WAGE + COMMITMENT
Wage: $30/hour
Hours: 10-15 hours/bi-weekly
Type: 6-month contract (opportunity for extension)
Work Location: Hybrid (Mainly remote, there are may be occasions for this position during program activities and events to be in person.)
