The Wellness Series was created to provide young people with opportunities explore wellness strategies, promote physical well-being and access to post-secondary planning supports.
This program is open to senior high school students and recent grads (16–19) in the GTA looking to stay active, meet new people, and gain tools for success.

Plus, get inspired by guest speaker Chris Osei-Kusi, former CFL player and now a law student, sharing his journey on resilience, balance, and success.

This event provides a fun and relaxed experience that mixes gentle movement with real conversation. We’ll start with Nice and Slow Pilates, where you’ll learn easy exercises to build strength, balance, and confidence in your body. Afterward, jump into Just Checking In, our interactive card game that sparks small group conversations.
