The Wellness Series was created to provide young people with opportunities explore wellness strategies, promote physical well-being and access to post-secondary planning supports.
This program was senior high school students and recent grads (16–20) in the GTA looking to stay active, meet new people, and gain tools for success.

Our 2025 Wellness series will consist of three monthly workshops plus one-on-one supports for scholarships and more.

Get hands-on in the kitchen with a fun, interactive cooking class! Learn simple, healthy, and culturally inspired recipes while building teamwork, confidence, and tailored strategies for post-secondary planning.

This event provides young people the chance to recharge your mind and body with a playful Pilates and yoga session. Build strength, flexibility, and balance while learning wellness practices you can use every day in and outside the classroom.
