The Wellness Series was created to provide young people with opportunities explore wellness strategies, promote physical well-being and access to post-secondary planning supports.

This program is open to senior high school students and recent grads (16–19) in the GTA looking to stay active, meet new people, and gain tools for success. Lunch, prizes, and school bus transportation provided

Our 2025 Wellness series will consist of 3 monthly workshops plus one-on-one supports for scholarships and more.

Experience a free fitness class at Sweat and Tonic! Sweat it out with high-tech equipment, discover new workouts, and recharge through activities designed to build success strategies and support your next steps. Plus, get inspired by guest speaker Chris Osei-Kusi, former CFL player and now a law student, sharing his journey on resilience, balance, and success.

Culinary Arts Workshop

Get hands-on in the kitchen with a fun, interactive cooking class! Learn simple, healthy, and culturally inspired recipes while building teamwork, culinary skills, and tailored strategies for post-secondary planning.

Chill at The Villij

Saturday, November 15, 12:00 - 4:00 PM (bus pick up at 12:00 pm, and drop off by 4:00)

This event provides a fun and relaxed experience that mixes gentle movement with real conversation. We’ll start with Nice and Slow Pilates, where you’ll learn easy exercises to build strength, balance, and confidence in your body. Afterward, jump into Just Checking In, our interactive card game that sparks small group conversations. Share your thoughts, listen to others, and connect in a way that feels safe and meaningful.
