Post-Secondary Transition Bootcamp

This bootcamp is designed to translate research insights into practical tools and experiences that equip youth in Etobicoke with the skills, confidence, and support needed to successfully transition into post-secondary education.

Through a series of interactive
sessions, students will build:

Career navigation skills

Each session is paired with practical toolkits, guides, and templates to support continued, self-directed learning beyond the program.

Academic readiness

Personal
well-being strategies

Participants will also be matched with mentors who will provide personalized guidance and support as they prepare for their academic and social transition into post-secondary pathways.

Who should attend

Graduating high school students entering their first year of post-secondary education in the Fall. Capacity: 40–50 students

    How to stay grounded, connected, and supported

    Highlights:

    • Integrated skills sessions across disciplines (STEM, social sciences, health, media, and more)
