About the opportunity: The Arts & Culture Jamaica Scholarship Fund offers financial support to talented young people of Jamaican heritage in our community, pursuing a career in the arts. The field of study can be either Fine Arts, Performing Arts, including Dance, Music & Drama, Design, Literature and other Cultural forms.

Amount: Up To $1,000

Deadline: July 1st, 2026

Eligibility:

  •  An outline of the intended or current area of study

  • Three letters of reference from supervisors and/or department heads

  • Transcripts of academic record

  •  A summary of achievements

  • A résumé

  •  A portfolio (where applicable)

  • Indication of Jamaican heritage

  •  A recent photograph
