About the opportunity: OTA is a charitable institution devoted to the furtherance of education for Ontario post-secondary students. Established in 1958 by visionaries of the Ontario trucking industry, the Foundation was founded with the goal of providing assistance to Ontario students, regardless of their field of study, who have demonstrated their commitment to academic success, community service, and who have or plan to have an affiliation with the trucking industry.

Amount: $1000 - $ 1,500

Deadline: July 15, 2026

Eligibility:

  • A resident of Canada

  • 25 years of age or younger as of January 1 of the academic year for which the scholarship applies.

  • Enrolled on a full-time basis in a public Canadian university or college program that is a minimum of 2 years in length, and that will lead to a diploma or degree.

  • The child of at least one parent who works in the Ontario trucking industry.
